Can I retrofit telemetry to older machines as well?

Yes, telemetry can be easily retrofitted to a variety of vending machines.

Do I need a Wi-Fi connection at the installation site for remote monitoring?

No, Wi-Fi is not absolutely necessary. The telemetry boxes can alternatively be operated via a separate router with a SIM card. This means they can be used almost anywhere – even at locations without existing Wi-Fi.

Where is my sales data stored?

The data is stored on servers in Germany and secured in accordance with German data protection laws. This ensures a high standard of data protection and data security.

What data can I view in the cloud in real time?

All data transmitted by the machine to telemetry can be viewed in real-time. This allows you to monitor the current status, sales, inventory, and potential malfunctions at all times.

Is telemetry worthwhile even for just one machine?
